Using Kaddy
These Terms govern your use of Kaddy, a service operated by Forged Apps. By creating a Kaddy space or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your account secure, and use Kaddy only in compliance with applicable law.
Your content and your responsibility
You retain ownership of the content you put in Kaddy. You give us the limited permission needed to host, store, back up, process, and transmit it to provide the service you request. You are responsible for your content, the people you invite, and the integrations and AI models you choose. Do not use Kaddy to violate others’ rights, distribute unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
AI features and connected services
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review it before relying on it, especially for health, legal, financial, safety, or other important decisions.
Kaddy’s default models and other platform-hosted models process requests within Kaddy’s hosting platform; the developer of an open-weight model does not receive your content. If you or an editor you authorize chooses a model operated by OpenAI, Anthropic, or SpaceXAI, Kaddy sends that provider the prompt and context needed to answer. The model picker identifies that boundary before the model is chosen. Kaddy does not use your content to train models or authorize a model provider to train on content sent through Kaddy.
Sharing and public links
You control whether an app is private, shared, or public by link. Anyone with a public link can use that app. Because apps run in the browser of every person who opens them, an editor can change code that runs in the owner’s and other visitors’ browsers. Only give editor access to people you trust. You are responsible for choosing the appropriate sharing setting and for the content an app exposes.
Plans, payments, and availability
Free and paid-plan limits are shown in Kaddy. Paid plans and recurring charges are handled by Stripe and are subject to the price and billing terms shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. We may change the service, limits, or plans, and will give notice where required. Kaddy is provided on an “as available” basis; to the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Suspension, ending service, and liability
We may suspend or end access when needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms. You may stop using Kaddy at any time and can delete your apps; backup recovery and final deletion are described in the Privacy Policy. To the extent permitted by law, Forged Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of Kaddy.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Kaddy changes. For material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice through Kaddy or another reasonable channel. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using Kaddy. Questions: support@kaddy.diy.
